2. The welding joint of the basket should be full, without virtual welding.
3. The surface of the basket should be smooth, comfortable to feel and no burrs.

4. The most important point in choosing a basket is not to treat chrome as stainless steel.

Picking tips

First of all, the pull basket itself is a consumable, not easy to damage, and its own weight the heavier the more increase the pressure of the pulley load-bearing, reduce the service life of the track, so the pull basket is not the thicker and heavier the better, but not too fine, otherwise it is easy to desolder, generally the main line in 8mm is enough.

Look at the appearance
First of all, the appearance should be neat and not messy, the four corners are chamfered, the basket is placed horizontally on the ground to be balanced, the bottom material arrangement should be even, and the surface hand touch is no burr and pockmark.
(2) Look at the gloss
If it is plated, it should be bright and full-bodied, and look beautiful. If electropolished surface treatment is used, the surface should show the original color of stainless steel, and there should be no obvious strain scratch marks.
(3) Look at the solder joint

The solder joints should not be too large. Too large and ugly, and mostly virtual welding, not firm, should be slightly smaller than the size of the two materials of phase welding itself, the welding points of the pull basket produced by large companies are touch welding, generally no welding scars.

Select Configuration
Configuration is the most important thing in a complete basket.
Configuration 1: slide rail, slide rail has a certain load-bearing, to choose thicker material, high smoothness, high occlusion, low noise slide rail.
Configuration two: fasteners, fasteners should be made of stainless steel. The iron sheet is easy to rust and affects the aesthetic hygiene of the inside of the door panel.
